General Rules & Guidelines
Playing time is grouped into Sessions (7 - 8 Weeks).
Game day/night for your team will typically be the same day each week. Although SFH tries to maintain a consistant schedule, there may be instances when we schedule your game on a different day. Game times may vary from week to week (typically 1 hour once a week).
All players will be kept informed and updated of their team or program's schedule or any changes to the schedule through the Sono Field House email system.
